1. Delivery & Shipping

All our goods are sent by Royal Mail using signed for (recorded) delivery to ensure a prompt and safe arrival with you. Please provide a convenient daytime delivery address for receipt of your goods as you will need to sign for them.

UK Deliveries (Please allow one to three working days)

• One item £2.00
• Two items £3.50
• Three items or more Free

European Deliveries (Please allow four – eight working days)

• One item £3.00
• Two items £5.00
• Three items or more Free

Rest of the world (Please allow eight – fourteen working days)

• One item £5.00
• Two items £7.50
• Three items or more Free

NOTE: If you are unable to accept delivery of your order you will be left a card with contact details. You will then have SEVEN DAYS to rearrange delivery. If you do not do this your order will be returned to us.

2. Cancelations and Returns

Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to seven working days after delivery as long as all goods are in their original condition.

To cancel your order please make a note of this and return the whole package including invoice to the address below.

We recommend that you send the goods to us using Special Delivery and ensure that all items are packaged securely as we will not be able to refund any goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

After receiving your parcel we will refund your credit / debit card (minus the delivery charges) within 30 days.
